All 3 men wanted in fatal Pahrump shooting turn themselves in

All three men who were wanted in connection with a fatal shooting Saturday at a park in Pahrump have turned themselves in, the Nye County Sheriff’s Office said Tuesday.
In a Facebook post just before 4:45 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office said Anthony Aguilar, 18, and Fabian Ferrante, 19, had surrendered to authorities at the Nye County Sheriff’s Office station in Pahrump.
A Nye County Jail spokesman said via phone after Aguilar and Ferrante had turned themselves in that the two had not been booked, and it’s not clear when they might appear in Pahrump Justice Court.
Earlier Tuesday, Nye County Sheriff Joe McGill said Ferrante was only considered a “person of interest.”
“We don’t, at this point, have enough info to file charges on him,” he said.
On Monday, Carlos Blakely, 18, turned himself in to Metropolitan Police Department officials in Las Vegas in connection with the shooting.
Blakely’s mother drove him to Metro headquarters around 5:10 p.m. Monday, according to a police report. It said Blakely did not want to speak with detectives and was taken into custody on a Nye County warrant on a charge of open murder.
He is scheduled to appear for a hearing in Las Vegas Justice Court on Thursday morning. McGill said his office plans to bring Blakely to Nye County after the hearing.
“In all likelihood, the judge would give the order to be released to us, and we have plans to pick him up on Friday,” McGill said.
Blakely and Aguilar are suspected in a deadly shooting at a Movies in the Park event in Pahrump on Saturday evening. Joey Perry died after he was shot four times, McGill said.
The shooting occurred after a fight during the movie screening at Ian Deutch Memorial Park, McGill said. A witness heard what she described as automatic gunfire before three men involved in the fight sped away in a Chevy Camaro, he added.
Anyone with information about the shooting or suspects may contact law enforcement. The nonemergency number for the Nye County sheriff’s south area command is 775-751-7000.
McGill refused to name which of the suspects are believed to have shot Perry.
